Upper body session. Feeling good.
Went up in weight for the OHP.
Got a second DJ for the BF as he is using mine a lot and move the cockpit around every time. It was half price soā¦

Pretty muscle stiff this morning but ROM is not affected.
And look at that new DJ. The bf is lucky all the loud colours are back order.
So do I. Iāve had a heated steering wheel since early 2016, and itās helped tremendously. I also carry rechargeable hand warmers when weāre playing/hiking out in the cold and use mittens instead of gloves unless itās over 35° or so.
But Iām thinking @donnerschweer may have a different kind than I do - mine isnāt episodic, itās 100% cold-related.
It is always there but if I get very cold once it is much more sensitive for a few days. We had a few cold days and I did not have warm gloves at work. So I got cold and for the next few days as soon as my hands got a small cool breeze on them the blood just left.
Thatās just yucky!! Keep those hands WARM!!!

Work suck big time lately! Got feeling dumpy. So I did a short leg work out.
My shoulder is still a bit stiff but much better then yesterday.
I may drive to the indoor pump track tomorrow as I am off.
Monday,
made it to the indoor pump track. I had the place just for moi!
I lasted 1 hour of on off laps. Got more speed so timing was better. My right turn also got better.
I managed to get some air but not clear the table jumps so I had a couple hard cases. And almost kept a manual between 2 rollers.
Wednesday
Light full body work out.
Shoulder is still a bit sore.
Body weight under 139lb
Thursday 5:30 am.
Shoveled 4 steps and the small back deck. That count as shoulder rehab work. ![]()
Did I mention I hate winter.

An other light full body workout.
We are both off this week end so we will go to the pump track.
And it seem like my BF got me a brain bucket for x-mas. A very cool full face convertible.
Sunday,
Pump track session. A lot of fun, found some new lines, still canāt clear that table. But rode off the hedge of the berm just like riding a quarter pipe.
My legs are dead, I got my blood flowing fast and was out of breath and sweaty.
So jealous you are still riding, I checked two riding area yesterday and they were to muddy to ride. Keep shredding!

Tomorrow is physio and rest day.
On a different note, my calves are bigger then ever. Must be the biking.

Pump track day. I went alone but 2 other riders were sharing the time slot. I am the least advance but that is ok. I am having fun and getting better.
This is a type of cardio that I truly enjoy.
Saturday
Upper body session. Trying to up the weight a bit.
Work suck more and more. I donāt even have time to punch in that I am ask to do other people job but it is dead in the store. That is getting abusive, not enough that I hate my new department, have no work relation with my supervisor and I have to do extra work with not even a thank you. But other are rewarded for not picking their nose for 5 minutes.
Iām so sorry to hear this. I hope things improve or you find something more rewarding, but until then, just do the best that you can to keep your head down, do what you need to do and then get the heck out of there and enjoy life. Be happy that youāre not on the same level with the nose-pickers! Hang in there.
