Tomorrow, I get 2 cyst removed from my head, after 2 1/2 years of waiting.

All cyst are out. One was a double cyst, so 2 in 1. That one is a bit tender at the moment.
I need to chill for 48hrs. So I rest until Friday after work.
Well that small 2cm cut hurt a lot more then I had expected.
Sitting my ass down at home today to heal that. Head movement hurt a lot. I canāt even slip a sweat shirt over my head.
I donāt think that I will do much over the week end.

My shoulder (tendons) is the limiting factor and slowly increasing the work load. Today I was able to hold a 25lb db for 10 seconds.
Sunday, cold but bright sunshine.
Every thing felt good, so we went to the pump track for a solid cardio fun work out.
Still slow, but getting better.

I went to work for 2 days and today I hit the wall. Canāt breath and I have the mental state of of zombie.

starting to feel like a person again.
Wednesday morning
Very light full body work out.
As soon as I started moving the sneezing started back I got hot and sweaty way too much for what was going on.
So I did very little and let see how things are later on today.
My first workout after what Iām assuming was Covid, which started before Christmas, so I was two weeks in at the time, was bad. My heart rate kept spiking up over 150 (not my usual!) and I felt like I was going to pass out every time I bent down or stood up (legs). I was using my icy cold hands to cool my forehead and neck. It sucked.
Iām so sorry everyone has been sick!
