The last 2 weeks have been hard with major pms/peri menopause shit stuff.
I feel like taking a job at a friend barn (not goinng to happen) just to avoid people in general. I have no patience even with myself.
I had a ovulatoty cycst, so pain before, stupid crazy cramps and back pain. And emotions from rage to crying at nothing.
If today I was offered an hysterectomy, I would jump at the offer.
Hopefully wednesday will bring some help.

Got my hormones results
Normal: Estrogen, Thyroid, FSH, LH, Cortisol, Testosterone, Prolactin, Insulin.
Low: Progesterone, DHEA, Vit D
That mean that I will try some bioidentical Progesterone with omega 3 and vit D3.
That is for the next 3 months. So I get a redo of the blood work in October with a follow up in November.

So far, I am to start the progesterone this Sunday.
I am taking the vit D3 and omega 3.
Some how I was able to sleep better.
The work out feel pretty easy, too
The garden is finally giving food. The chicken are doing what they should.
I have 10 meat birds that are planned to process early september.
My layers are doing just that but one is sitting on eggs. Chicks in 10 days or so. I will candle the eggs this week end to see if they are good. Both my roos are a bit young. So we will see.
The goal is to have eggs to eat and hatch enough to have our own chicken. And sell eggs on the side to pay for some of the feed.

So I have been taking the prometrium since saturday night.
Right off the bat, I have terrible bloating and craps. So last night (monday) I only did a half dose. I feel better today.
2 other noticeable thing, I donāt have the crazy starvation feeling and I have no emotions. Sleep is shit on the other hand but it is always that way around that time of the month. I donāt feel tired maybe a bit hyper/wired.
I will do an other half dose tonight and I am keeping up with the vit D3 and omega 3 daily stuff.
