Donnerschweer: Lifting, MTBing and rehabing

My back was finally all good.
Got my 2nd Pfizer and 24hrs later I have a fever and sore all over.
And our CRV got stolen while we got the shot. Yes during day time, almost in front of the vac center door.

Now, life suck…

Oh shit! Hope they can recover it, soon.

Most likely it is in a container being ship over see. Talking with the cops, we learned that 6 crv were stolen in the last week. All faily new and one just under the nose of the poor owner who just saw hers roll off.

We are not getting a CRV.

I am feeling better from the shot. I should be back in the gym monday.

I have been doing some very light full body stuff.

I feel ready fot more.

Still don’t have money for a new car. Cop final report is in but insurence are freaking slow.

My garden is producing a lot too and hens are slackers. We also got a roo in hope to raise our own meat next spring if said roo prove to be worthy.

Slowly adding weight and all seem good. My left arm is still sore from the first vaccine.
Still no news on the insurance for the car.

Working on a simple 3 set of 10 for now

I can’t bench my 45 lb bar yet or OHP.
the rest is pretty good.

Today, I went to my previous work place to get a pair of shoes. There were many new faces. Not as up beat as it used to be. But saw a few old friends. And that was nice to see happy people. 2 got nice promotion. But I am also happy because the position they were telling me that would open never came. And I enjoy my new place too and have some great co workers.
