Did some measurement
Lost 1.5" in the waist, my belt did not lie
Gain 2" in the bums!
Thigh gain 3/4"
Lost 1 cup size in the boobs or no change
But gain 1 band size or 1" just under the boobs
Chest is also 1/2" bigger
My face is also thinner
Rip cheeks and boobs

My knee is being strange. It is nagging but just when I walk. Squat are ok.
I will skip the clean this week and see.

Decided to try a shorter easier session
Knee sleeve on from the get go.
Skiped the leg press and used a higher box for squat. No pain during the session.

Tuesday, supposed to start deload week, but I got up with a sore throat and a headache.
So, I had to call in sick, because even coffee is hard to drink. I guess this will be a few days off.

Second day with the sore throat. I canāt speak or move too much or I get a coughing fit.
At least my head feel better. No more sound or light sensitivity.
Waiting for a covid test result to go back to work, but I may not be permitted in until the cough is under control. So clients donāt get scared. It is a strange world st the moment.
