Morning walk in the wood. Ticks are out.

Leg curl with ball 3x15

Did some measurement
Lost 1.5" in the waist, my belt did not lie
Gain 2" in the bums!
Thigh gain 3/4"
Lost 1 cup size in the boobs or no change
But gain 1 band size or 1" just under the boobs
Chest is also 1/2" bigger
My face is also thinner

Rip cheeks and boobs

My knee is being strange. It is nagging but just when I walk. Squat are ok.

I will skip the clean this week and see.

Decided to try a shorter easier session
Knee sleeve on from the get go.
Skiped the leg press and used a higher box for squat. No pain during the session.

Knee is getting better but still in wrap. It just want to bend back ward and that pinch near the knee cap.

Tuesday, supposed to start deload week, but I got up with a sore throat and a headache.
So, I had to call in sick, because even coffee is hard to drink. I guess this will be a few days off.

Wednesday
Second day with the sore throat. I can’t speak or move too much or I get a coughing fit.

At least my head feel better. No more sound or light sensitivity.

Waiting for a covid test result to go back to work, but I may not be permitted in until the cough is under control. So clients don’t get scared. It is a strange world st the moment.
