I think I screw my rib benching. It has been kind of painful.

So short and easy today

Deadlift 3+5 reps 135-155-165lb
Band pull apart 3x10
Leg extension 3x10x80lb
Hip bridge 3x10x30lb
Goblet squat 3x10x30lb

Just minor discomfort on the last 2 deadlift reps.

Allergies are nuts. My store just open and it is crazy insane. Line up and over 2hrs wait time to get in.
