I think this is definitely a thing. I have read a couple of articles already about mask induced bronchitis and possibly pneumonia from wearing them too long.
Not trying to be an ass, but you may consider some kind of cardio or circuit stuff to get the excess CO2 out of your lungs

Gym are reopening June 22. Not sure if I am going back, I am enjoying my basement a lot and the results I got and my job schedule is all over the place. We are very short on the management team by many players.
The store director got fired yesterday, tomorrow there are more shit to hit the fan for the lower managers, so my position. We kind of got a hint that the one that are in the store are safe but exactly what will happen is coming out tomorrow afternoon.
Kind of suck.

Tired, stressed, out of gas. I am looking for a new job. Re structuration killed my position so I am back to just a sale associate and for a smaller departement. Lost of pay and benefice. Absolutely no motivation to go even if the pay is more then fair for the position.
