It is collective hysteria.
People are stocking up on every thing. Frozen juice, yogurt. The stores are empty.
People are ready to pick stuff out of other people cart and get in feight.
At my physio every other call was to cancel. Same at the vet. Schools are closed.

That is it, pretty much everything is close, but store.
My work place was a near ghost town. Sundays are normally crazy, I was in charge and kicked a few of the staff out. The young one are happy to go. Not like they have school stuff to do, they are close too.
My home gym is coming back in service.
Monday, March 16
Easy full body workout in the basement.
I have to figure a more organized routine.
My store hours are reduce, lots get their work hours cut. Managers are working normal hours. Not sure what we will do during those at work but the store is close hours.

The zombies are still out in full force.
My barn is in lockdown as per Ontario gov. So I can’t go see my horse. But here in Qc stores are still open and the zombies come in to walk around.
I was more in the mood to kill some shit then lift weight. AKA splitting wood. But by the time I got the spliting log out of the snow it was getting dark so I did get a decent gym session.

Day off from work
Nice full body workout.
I should start logging what I do. For some mysterious reason, weight at home feel heavier then at the gym.
It was pooring so Lucifer did not go to my work place for his walk but jogged 20 minutes at 4 mph.
haha that always makes me smile, when the dog is walked on a treadmill.
I’ve always wanted to ask, so here goes: Does the dog like it? I would suspect they would find it boring as hell and just get of and lay down. Not like us stupid people who does it because we have to get some cardio.
He is a working breed with high drive. He would be happier to run full tilt but my treadmill is too short. As you can see no leash to hold him there.
He actually get on by himself and I have to lock him up to use it myself or he will try to join me.
Do get a working dog or be prepared to work that dog.

Intensity is kind of low but feel good!
