That is some kind of fun torture. I am gagging for air, sweating like crazy, but still I kind of enjoy that work out.

Getting easier
I am still not getting why the ladies from the group work out are so impressed by my work out and the weights I use.
Yes, I am middle age and very average built with some serious injuries but I worked hard to get past those. Judging by the above pictures, I don’t look exceptional.
Just heart, drive, discipline and a bit of toughness.

I need to find what I am doing wrong with the clean, I still get the bar on my chin. This time I did a few reps from the floor too. Feel strange with so little weight on the bar.

I am also hungry like crazy and my brain has issues. I want to get those muscles but don’t want more flab.

I was trying pants at work over lunch. They are all too big at the waist or too tight in the thighs. My legs look like twigs. And most are just too short to top it off. I found a pair of men Fjallraven that fit nicely but they are over 150$ even with my discount. They are cool with G1000 knee patch and all but…

Wednesday, Feb 26

Hiking/snow shoeing is impossible, deep crusty snow is dangerous for Lucifer and even with the snow shoes I now and then go thru the crust and I am not risking hurting my leg.

LISS day 25 minutes on the treadmill at 3mph with varying inclines, 5 laps
Lucifer did 12 minutes too after because my dog is not.

Thursday, Feb 27
Snow storm, freezing rain, slush, ice pellets
Left work late, truck got stuck in the drive way, 30 minutes to tow it in the garage.
Roads are shit. Snow is still falling horizontally

No gym, will catch up next week as I am working the full week end.

Saturday I came back from work with bad abdominal cramping. This morning I had 3 pressure drop. Dizzy, feeling faint, queeze.
I could not get out of it and I was nauseating.

Made it to the dr. Turned out I have a gastro.

I will take a few days off.
Maybe that is why I was a bit sluggish this week.

Not in the mood for much other then laying flat.

Yuck! Hope you feel better soon!

Starting to feel more human.
I can eat starchy stuff and eggs.

My abs hurt just bending over to pick stuff off the floor.

Well seem like the gastro was in fact a side effect of my estradiol tablet. Full return of the symptoms after taking the say tablet. Even worst the second day after.
Return visit to the Dr to see what other option are possible to help with the peri menopause shit show.

I am so sore and nauseating that I will skip a few more day. Just the smell of food throw me off today.

Almost 3 day since the last tablet, had a pressure drop episode in the Costco.
Lower ab cramps are still bad.

Most of the soreness is gone, felling better.

I have a very sore left abs and inner thigh. Twisting hurt a bit. Damn it. I don’t need more vacations.
