V grip pull dow 12x130, 2x12x140lb / fly 3x15x15lb db
No way I can do 20lb on the back fly at the moment.
Last night ski was good but I was feeling flat. It was the first time wearing my new compression legging (bracelayer) and they are great. My physio was talking about a different brand but at 350$ for the stoko, I wanted to try something a little less expensive.
I had a broken night of sleep between menstrual cramping and coughing fit. Because who ever ass hat invented cold medecine could not make them last 8hrs.
Well shit, Yesterday, I had to get back home after 30 minutes at work. I started to shiver intensely. I slept most of the day, the shiver turned to bone pain.
This morning, I still have the bone pain and stuffy nose with coughing.
I think of bone pain as covid, because that’s what seems to make me feel that my bones are brittle. Whatever it is, it does sound nasty, and I hope it passes quickly!
