Tomorrow, I have a gp dr visit to keep my peri menopause under control. And it is my last official Wednesday at work too.

My mom is eay too happy to have help easily available now that I will not have to ask for time off work.

My back and legs are still tired from Tuesday workout and Wednesday ski night. So I did an easy one.

Deadlift 10x45, 8x65, 2x5x95lb

SSB 12x60, 2x12x80lb

High step up 3x8 per leg / GHD 3x12

Hack squat 3x12 / pallof press 3x6x40lb per side

Morning bw 136.4lb

Dr visit report, I need some HRT at low dose to help down there and my mood. The rest seem fine.

Great cardio, ot was a full house of very well organised riders so it was flowing.

Ski night. Went easy as the knee is still tender. It was not super cold so I did not yet got to try those toe boot warmer.

Did a massive cleaning of the house too. Went for my blood test. Still have to do the mamography next month.

The knee is getting better. It feel more like scar tissu pain but every once in a while there is a pinch around the knee cap so not pushing too much yet.

Sunday,

Yesterday was lazy day. My abs were on fire and the BF was tired.

Today was ski day. Regular time but finally some sunshine. Still damp and cold with feel like -20oC temps. Still fun.

I am getting better, got my boots set up dialed too, so I feel more control.

1 month until Sun Peak vacations.

I may have pushed my back too fast as I am sore or I got a virus. I am sore hot and cold… mostly my back

Manage to sneek a chiro visit before work.

I was stiff and a bit out of alingment. He think that my body was not ready for the work load or that I got a virus.

He recommands a few days off and to restart using lower weights and creeping up slowly.

I think my chiro may have been right with the virus thing. Yesterday, I felt flat and out of breath doing nothing.

After some rest, I think I may have tweek my hip and abs protecting my back. So going slow.
