Long day of travel.
Flight from Montreal to Kelonaw and shuttle to Sun Peaks.
Tired, need sleep. A PB and nutella sandwich was dinner. Because comfort that require no cooking is best.
Monday.
Our guide took us on a run that was listed as groomed but was not.
The problem, it was a mellow black was groomed but ungroomed. Hell! It was not fun.
I am on 1 piece did ski a section of groomed black.
That’s it last day of skiing done.
I did ski on purpose a black run twice. Now I feel like a kid.
PB did enjoy his b-day gift too.

After the massive virus, being jet lag, skiing a lot and the time change. This work out was hard af. And cause some coughing too.
Also, I love my bracelayer compression legging. They have built in knee brace and it band and hip support. I may order a pair regular none thermal version. I also ordered some very fancy Stoko. They have a boa like system and even better tech for my need and I may not need a second brace for big montain skiing.
Now waiting for a shit load of freezing rain. Like 2 inches and strong wind.

My leg adductors are still sore from wednesday. I am still using weights that feel easy and light.
The ice storm was bearly anything and we are getting some snow over night for the week end.
Saturday, slush day
Adductor still sore but we went skiing any way. We went toba less local hill about 2hr drive.
Skied a very hard/icy base with heavy snow on top. So soft moggles. I did some blue and black stuff.

My it band/hip flexor is still sore and my energy is very low.
Lot of rain on the way then wind and temp drop. We just got a solid 6 inches of heavy snow (snow ball snow).
