So more skiing, hiking, mtbāingā and lifting. But I want to work on my mobility and agility.

Sunday
It is cold and very humid. It just get in your skin. And I feel like avreal rest day was needed. Ontop of that, this week will be much milder so evening skiing sound like fun.
But we gotba new barn cat.
Meet Francisco, he is 5yo, very feral. The kind of cat you have use heavy work gloves to handle or trap. He will stay in the crate forbsome time. Shax is very unhappy too and hiding on top of the shelving.
Monday,
Back to a more normal life. AKA end of Christmas, Holydays!
Seated row / goblet squat
Low incline bench / leg curl
Lat pull down / back extension 3 ways
My right shoulder is still sore and stiff from doing too much on saturday. It really does not like biceps curls.
Tuesday
Seated ohp / rdl
Lat pull down / leg press
Bench / high step up
Tuesday night
6 ski runs no green, 3 blue and 3 black.
The snow was dry and fast with a hard to icy base. I ski better, more confidence on steeper section and a bit more speed.
Thuesday
Bw 136.2lb
Seated row / rdl
Low incline bench / goblet squat
Lat pull down / back extension multi directions
I see my physio next week. So 1 more week of chilling then I hope to get back in a more serious way.
Crossing fingers that you get the all-clear!
Night skiing, spring like conditions, with a nice 1oC
More people then the other day. Still fun
Night skiing sounds awesome!
Itās making me super jealous. Lol. In the last 25 years Iāve been skiing once. I used to ski every weekend. Stupid flat state that I moved to. I miss my mountains. Sigh.
I havenāt been skiing since my kids were young. My husband snowboards and would love to have company doing it, but years ago I was barely an intermediate skier, and heās very good, so if I went Iād either be pressed into doing stuff that scares me or weād be separated. I think Iām too cautious/fearful to ever become a decent skier, so yeah. No night skiing for me I guess, though I do live in ski country.
What I need, now that I think about it, is a friend that has similar levels of both fitness and fear that I could grow with.
Another reason that it is a shame we donāt live near each other. Lol
Hey Ladies,
I am barely intermediate level. And our local hill is very small. I, once in my late teens went down on a cantine tray. (makeshift crazy carpet).
Having fun is not related to how good you are and my BF will ski different run and wait for me for the ride up.
Real skiing is at least an hour and a half drive from home.
Yeah, but I want a lame-o friend to go with!
I wish we all lived close together. I want to help @ChickenLittle with non-unpleasant things, then eat her cooking.
I want you to teach me to have fun on my bike. And go skiing with me and @BethB. I want CL to do this, too, come to think of it, because she probably sucks more than me and I could be the patient helpful one. And also lend her good mittens, because sheād be cold (Iād wash them really well, because my mittens tend to do nose-wiping duty). I even have a heated vest I never wear, because my core is never the issue for me in the cold. She could use it!
I need daring, active, strong-ish incompetent friends.
I definitely suck at skiing! No hope there. But⦠I LOVE snowboarding. That poor ski instructor at Telluride probably still has nightmares. ![]()
But yes, we could all ski, bike and eat!
I feel like there should be an annual T-Nation Ladies Retreat.
Somewhere in the middle-ish of all of us, or place we want to visit.
