Feeling a bit better. Physio did help too and I have some Alive on board.
I see the chiro tomorrow morning before work.
Friday,
Less sore but still stiff. Managed to work with out a back support or meds for the morning and got 1 advil down for the after noon.
Saturday
My back is still getting better. The time of the month showed up early which does not help my back.
So I spoiled myself to new plants. Can you see the ochid, in the back, growing a flower spike!
I will need 1 or 2 extra grow lights, thatvare suitable for living space display. So not my ugly basement del strip set up.
Monday,
My back is getting better.
Did a light work out to move a bit.
Bench / Goblet squat
Seated row / Back extension
Lat pull down / Leg curl
I will see how my body react to that and will adjust as needed.
I also found that doing dead suzan is great

Ski after work. Not too cold and snowing.

Y raises / Reverse step up
Seated row / Back extension
Legs are a bit sore from last night ski outing. But the new skies are much easier to control.

Mobility stuff with the BF. It was fun. I am known as the stiff one.
Well, not any more.
Also as a side not. BF are not to be left unsupervised in the kitchen. Even if a detailed recipe was provided. At least, he decided not to attemp making the Christmas crack. I donāt think the house would have survive the caramel making.
He made the world slowest raising sourdough bread. And the stickiest fluffy rice.
So, the mobility stuff was a tough love pay back for the mess I found in the kitchen. He tried to clean the mess but adult help was needed to recue some pots.
I still love him.

Last night was a very cold ski night.
Today, we made it to the indoor pumptrack for a very needed cardio session.
Back and knee are ok.
Morning bw 137.4lb
May ski tomorrow depending on the body and weather.
Sunday, before the freezing rain.
Skied my first black ish run. It is listed as black but most likely a dark bleu most other places.
It was more challenging but fun.
I may jave to update my log to lifting and other sports involving helmets, some speed and risk..
