A bit sore but nothing major.

The air quality sucked. After 3 runs PBās eyes were burning so we went back home.

Yester day was bike day, short because it was way too warm.
Friday, I did not sleep but I also did not place a pillow over PBās face as he was snoring like an Fāing truck
Saturday, it was one of my best friend B-day and I got a bit too much sun.
Monday, Good solid simple gym work out. Deadlift, Step up, Lat pull down, Landmine row and Front and Lateral raise
Tuesday, still stupid hot, so solo bike it is.
I did 4 runs, First on the eco setting and raced up the long trail. I was breathing hard when I got to the top.
The 3 other runs, I did on boost mode still did not cruising up but rather blast to the top. I will call that a solid cardio work out.
Wednesday,
We got rain! Well some rain and it is a bit cooler.
Gym workout: Low incline bench, OHP, SA seated row, Fly, Back fly, Leg press and Calf raises. And a lot of walking.
It is also zucchini and corn season, so I made a batch of relish.

More biking, I really pushed hard going up. 3 fast runs.
Friday,
Morning, biking. 3 rund with the enduro bike and before the chairlift open. My knee was tired after that. But that gave me the chance to confirm my suspension adjustment.
Afternoon workout. Deadlift, Pull thru, Lat pull down, Landmine row, Front and lateral raises, Abs.
Saturday,
More biking, more hot weather, did 1 climb then chairlift for the rest. Rode well, my knee was fine this morning. The ground is hard as hell and in some sports there is some loose sand and gravel on top to make the ride tricky.
Had to change our last run plan, as someone crashed pretty bad and the center rescuer and 2 first responders were on site, a 3rd one drove in as we left and an ambulance was rushing to the hill with all lights on.
