Bike class was a tone of fun. Tired but learned a lot.
Then moved a few rose bushes. Went to the garden center and bought more shrubs, because I needed a few bags of good soil and I canāt be trusted in a garden center to not buy plants.
Tomorrow, I have 2 shrubs to plant.
Sunday,
Planted the 2 new shrubs, pulled a shoot out of my wild roses bush to add to the fence line. I love those hardy wild rose bush. Ok I love plants that you plant and forget.
My garden is not growing much yet but not dying either.
We went back to the local bike park to work on yesterdayās lessons. And we did conquer a new section of tech trail.

Couple rest days, because I did training is 3 days per week.
Went biking this morning and did some yard work after.
Conquer an other rock garden section. And realized that I really donāt like the brakes on my enduro bike. So, I ordered something that will feel better.
If we bike again tomorrow, I will do an upper only work out later on.

It is a bit warm like 38oC plus very high humidity so it feel like 45oC at 6pm
Tomorrow is the St-Jean (Batiste) so we have the day off. It is also going to be stinking hot.
I will sneak in a work out and we will go to the in laws.
Next week we have an other long week end as it will be Quebec official moving day or for the rest of Canada; Canada Day.

My shoulder is a bit sore from the last work out. But did not mind taking a few hits on the trails.
I also tuned done my bike eco mode again. And I have not used the trail or boost mode at all this year.

My shoulder has been nagging a bit since last workout. So I gave it a rest.

We had a lot of rain Saturday so maybe biking tomorrow before an other major down poor.
Seems to be hot everywhe in North America this summer! We were having afternoon temperatures around 104* F until we got some rain, which drove the temps down 10*. Iām surprised New England and Canada are so hot, though!
Itās beautiful here today and Iām imagining for @donnerschweer too, since I think sheās just above me somewhere.
I hope your shoulder heals quickly and that you get some relief from the heat! Itās supposed to be hot here this week, so maybe youāre sending it to us - if that is the case, you can keep it! lol

We just had a few cooler days below season normal but tomorrow it is going back to stupid hot and humid. (like 100F today was just under 70) Welcome to Montreal rollercoaster!
