Done, Done Cutting.

Why arn’t some of the pictures showing up?[/quote]

Dude I dunno. I’ve tried 3 different browsers. The only picture I can see is the main one on the first post.

Great work, man.

I took the liberty of throwing this together based off the pics in your “puffy muscle genetics” thread from this past February. If the dates are wrong, my bad.

In that thread, you said you and your coach were planning to diet for “3 more months to get me that 9-10% look.” I’d say you’re pretty much right on target and on schedule, so it seems like you’re in good hands.

Keep doing your thing. Your results and attitude are phenomenal.

Numbers? Who cares!?

The first picture in this thread (also the only one I can see) shows that you got the six pack you were aiming for!. You made it a long way Paulie, be proud.

That is an incredible transformation.

Getting that fat really fucked up a lot of areas of my life man. It really wasn’t cool at all.

and it likely will continue to as far as the females (who knew you as a fatty) are concerned.

I was a big boy until I started working with Shelby, granted I wasn’t as rotund as you…

and even though I am in far different shape now… all the girls in my life either still view me as “the fat guy with big pecs and forearms” or “the formerly fat guy”… apparently both are equally as bad

luckily there are other girls out there

Dude, awesome job paulie. Glad to see you stuck it out in the long run. Your experience with a hard bulk and hard cut makes you much more knowledgeable as a poster here (especially since you were working with a pro).

This is giving me some more motivation while I continue my slow cut to get ready to compete next year.

Looking Beastly man!

For some reason I can’t see any of the pics, but you look awesome in the new avi.

Respect Bro.

That is some solid effort there.

got to give it to you Pauly, the resolve and fortitude you have shown is something that is very impressive, not to mention the results which are extremely impressive as well.

Awesome work, Paulie!

Hey Paulie, do you still have visible abs or did you say fuck it and start bulking hard again? Feb 2012 you looked like a beast!

I feel tons better but I have not gotten retested yet. I probably will do that In a couple months when my calories are higher

How is maintenance going? That is always the toughest part for me; I tend to yo-yo.

dude I am having the hardest time keeping my diet now and not binging even though my calories are going up every week. I’m constantly hungry. Probably because this is the leanest I’ve ever been.

I have gained a couple pounds I went from 189-190 to 191-192 because of some huge binging a couple weeks ago.

Lol I am jealous. I would kill to be hungry all the time…if I only ate “clean” foods, I would never be able to stay at 200+ lbs. This is a blessing if you take advantage of it…down a crap-ton of chicken, beef, salad, cottage cheese, along with the carbs you need to meet macros (if you’re counting), and you should be fine. And sure, a couple times a week have some ice cream or whatever the heck floats your junk food boat.

LOL, I guess it’s true that you always want what you don’t have!

H4M when guys like me binge we do it dirty bro. “Whatever junk food floats my boat” tends to be anything I can shove in my face before I pass out. I will eat til I’m in physical pain and keep eating compulsively until I literally fall asleep. My wife has found me the next morning a few times…it’s disgusting. My carb loads are a fucking shit show dude…I wake up the next day embarrassed with myself. In the first 2 weeks after a cut I’ll typically put on 10-15 lbs without even trying. That’s one of the patterns I’m trying to break out of. I hate looking at Christmas pictures and being like “who the hell is that chubby guy next to my wife?”

Paulie stay strong brother! I think if you can make it 2-3 months while maintaining within 5 lbs of your goal weight it will only get easier from there. That is my goal following this cut. I will be around 207 at the end and my goal is to stay under 212 until Thanksgiving. Your success motivates me! Haha no pressure!
