dude I am having the hardest time keeping my diet now and not binging even though my calories are going up every week. I’m constantly hungry. Probably because this is the leanest I’ve ever been.

I have gained a couple pounds I went from 189-190 to 191-192 because of some huge binging a couple weeks ago.
Lol I am jealous. I would kill to be hungry all the time…
How do you reconcile this with your tnatty moniker?

Paulie, you’ve done a great job getting to this stage of leanness. I’m excited to see what that dedication will translate to when you start building mass.

Fake it 'til you make it, right? Or something like that.

Dude yeah, the hungry thing is a curse for me haha. I couple weeks ago I went on an alcohol and del taco binge and ate 8 items on the menu. 2 days later I was up 7 lbs and now 2 weeks after the binge I’ve still only been able to shake 5-6lbs of it.

Even sober I’m seriously a bottomless pit, it’s ridiculous how much of a fat kid I’d be if it wasn’t for this hobby haha.

YES…I treat myself to this on occasion, works wonders for the sanity while dieting.

yo paulie thats fucking crazy. nice transformation.

did you notice a difference in your hormone profile after cutting all the fat?
I feel tons better but I have not gotten retested yet. I probably will do that In a couple months when my calories are higher
have you noticed any differences physically or mentally from being at your heaviest?

i.e physically… strength in the gym, how people perceive you as not being “big” maybe anymore?

i.e mentally…not filling out your XL shirts anymore, dieting mindfucks, confidence with the ladies, etc?

mostly curious about that phase where you lose weight (glycogen and water) and look smaller, but dont look better until the fat really starts to come off

Yes I am smaller and I guess it did bother me for a while. (went from XL t-shirts to Medium)

But I look better and feel better in every aspect of life. I’m not tired all the time, I look better pumped in the gym. I look better shirtless, I look better in a tank top. Yeah dude life is better when you’re not fat.

Congrats BIG time for doing the tough parts.
I guess the FullHouse phase was a learning phase and is now part of your past for good.
