Piss poor showing at the meet. 535/365/565 for 1465 total. Squat was a 30lb raw PR. Bench was garbage, only got my opener. I was pretty damn spent by the time the bar hit the floor. 565 was probably the hardest pull I’ve ever made.
Disappointing.
Sorry to hear about your disappointment with your performance but those numbers are galaxies away for a lot of guys!

Thanks man. I’m really only disappointed about the bench press. 395 should have been in the bag, but I just fucked it up. If I had made that lift the rest of the meet would have felt better.
Anyways, no big deal really. Now that I’ve had some time to process what happened I’m not so pissed.
My wife also just had our 3rd kid on Sunday night, so that kinda puts things in perspective LOL. Cassandra Suzanne Holmes, born 7:55 pm on 11/11/12, 7 lbs 7 oz and 20" long.
Just to give you an idea of how ready this little girl was to come into the world:
6:00pm - wife started having contractions
7:00pm - called sister to come watch our daughter and decided to go to hospital
7:30pm - left for hospital
7:45pm - arrived at hospital
7:54pm - wife gets into bed in birthing suite
7:55pm - baby is born
She was literally in the bed for 30 seconds and the nurse was like “I see the head; wait no there’s the whole thing!”
There were two nurses and me in the room with her; doctor wasn’t even at the hospital yet.
