Probably got 5 hours unbroken sleep last night after dozing for 3, pretty good for me. Mood much improved today for my first day back at work after taking vacation all last week

MJ - I went back to Wado for about 4 classes through January after being off for 2 months. Then from the last week of Jan through now I’ve not gone. Classes are 7:30 - 9 which screwed with my sleep in the best of times.

Dog - glad to see you’re getting a little sleep. Also, making some progress on the race to Salina. I hope things continue to improve.

Sorry to hear about the sleep … I been there and I don’t wish it on my enemies. But sounds like things might be improving.

F’ing counter tops were redelivered today still not right. looks lok maybe they can be cut down to size here instead of going back to the shop.

Damn! You’re catching up!

Great to see you lifting and riding!

Fingers crossed on the countertops.

Thought I’d drop in on the pound here. Glad to see you’re getting back into a routine.

You’re on your way!
Best of.

Hope the remodel has less hassles in the future…

Thanks for stopping by everybody.

Had a bit of a bad night/day today and didn’t train at all. but after hitting 5 days straight, I don’t feel too guilty…

There is always tomorrow my brother, worry not.

Five days in a row is plenty. Good job.

GMâ??ed the 225’s up. Squat form and strength really went to hell. Had a rough couple of days with little/no sleep. Got some rest last night tho…

The boy got some sleep meds from the psych as well as a bupropion script. The sleep stuff has helped him a lot the past few nights. Hope the bupropion works for him as it seems to be working for me.

Struggle, struggle, do it anyways. The difference between ourselves and kids, its seems especially today. However, I could be remembering it wrong, too.

Countertops and kitchen sink are installed, only a couple more days to finish the trim and closet doors. Then we get to clean and rearrange the house for the market. Doing much better again today. Slept a solid 7 hours and needed the alarm to wake up.

Thats good news SD.
I’m tell’in ya, those fumes from construction work (or workers) can really get to ya.
