That squat was freakin’ awesome.
That was pretty close to perfect. Great depth, straight down, straight up, nice and tight. Great work.

Wow, Jack really did like your squat didn’t he?
F-me, I really hate how this thing kicks you are out and doesn’t post and then you have to repost and the next day there they all are. But I did like the squat.
it was a good one

It does it to me all the time, especially when uploading videos. They take ages to appear.
Nice squat, soldog! And I will post this only once. So I hope it shows up…
Why in the hell can I not squat as well as you do?
my tiny fit aside, damn good squatting.
Nice squatting there. Looked like a perfect squat to me, form wise.
Thanks gents! as always if felt like more of a GM than the video shows
George, I’m glad you are working towards letting your son own his own fuckups. There is no alternative, but its hard.
Good squatting in here!

well I’m not going to do his residential work weekends for him…
what I meant was keeping myself from stressing over it so much because it was killing me. I also don’t have to fuss at him beyond acknowledging that he screwed up. The consequences in court take care of that.
Being a parent is oh-so difficult at times. I’m working very hard at not “rescuing” my kids now while the consequences are manageable. My instinct is to fix things, but I believe my husband is right when he says that doing so just enables them to continue the errant behavior. At some point, you just gotta realize that you’ve done the best you can and it’s up to him, George. I know that can be heartbreaking, but it’s the truth.
And, yes, three white lights for the squat!

Today was dedicated to the pause. All singles were performed with (hopefully) a competition style pause on the chest. The video is the 3rd single at 195 â?? you tell me if the pause looked good. I also experimented a little with grip width. My normal grip is with my middle fingers on the ring. The first single and all leading into it were with my 1st finger on the ring. The second was middle finger on the ring and the last was ring finger on the ring. Not much difference in width but it certainly felt different. I actually liked the narrower grip more and the wider grip affected my problem shoulder. I guess I’ll probably edge towards a bit narrower gripâ?¦
I don’t have much to say about the legit pause but that arch is very nice and I’m jealous of the sunlight streaming through.

Thanks frenchie!
I have every other Friday “off”. Today that meant working a half day and then running errands, lucky I made I home in time to catch the afternoon sun for the workout. Another week and I’ll really have to be early…
I hear you. I got a little upset today when I got home around 6pm and the husband had drawn all the curtains.
me: why did you do that for?
him: hmm because it’s dark?
me: noooooooooooooo!!! (the echos of which could be heard in hell)
