Stayed in the groove 8 out of 9. Beautiful-looking lifts, George. Particularly liked the bench form.

Outstanding work. Congrats.

Nice Job.Drink up.

DAMN FINE WORK SON.

I didn’t know I could have followed it online or I’d have been doing so.

Also Snapper sounds pretty fierce.

The reflection was an unknown bonus for you. I saw that when I uploaded the picture but figured it was put to good use in your thread after all those PR’s

Seriously nice work, George. You were very impressive.

Those vids look professional quality. Did you pay someone to do them?

Fierce. Thanks, Joe.

I took a 90 minute nap after a beer and a bit. then cooked steaks on the grill.

Thanks Tony - bench felt good and I was happy to be able to push that last one up without my butt coming off the bench.

really sore today and tired, but the smoke alarms going off at 2:30 am for some unknown reason might have something to do with the being tired.

Yesterday, when I stretched my arms over head (the classic “waking up” stretch), my right lat cramped up something fierce. First time THAT’s ever happened!

It was alot of fun watching you live. I’m glad you put that ustream link up for us.

It would be cool if someone did that with some highland games, so I could watch that.

Do you know how long ustream keeps the recording for later viewing?

no clue - actually you should thank Tony, he found the link and first posted it on his thread. I just copied it over here.

What? Is fierce not a complement in the mountains?

Actually - she was probably sincere with the “thanks, Joe” and not being sarcastic
