Dogpile 2010

Nice work, soldog. Lotta reps. And what Harry said…great form and speed.

Nice bench. That looked really easy for you!

Great news about your son.

Congrats on the +4 bench PR. Your strength has come back quickly.

Thanks everybody - looking at the video again, it looks as if I should have done more reps. Didn’t feel like it at the time…

I want to move where I can bike outside in the evening…

Nice speed on the bench. Your form looked solid.

A2 SSB Squats 120x10x5 sets

Ok, that was fucking brilliant! Yeah, yeah! how 'bout you superset BBB deads with SSB squats and bump your BBB weight by 10! Yeah Brilliant! where’s my Guinness?

That was nearly puke worthy. I had to really talk myself into the last set. And guess what? Now I gotta bump the weight next time…

Great work, George. And, yeah, supersetting deads and squats sounds like a slow and painful way to off oneself. Better have 2 Guinness.

Those deadlifts looked easy. You’re getting stronger quickly.

Great work, I’m with Carl, those deads looked smooth.

my glutes are sore today…

and I may have lowered my training max too low for these conventional style deads. but I’d rather baby my lower back for a bit while I get my work capacity up.

Looking good souldog - just saying a quick hello before I leave for the week. As for the Guiness, I suggest a 6 pack, atleast, so you can share with us folks
cheers

Squat rack curlz barx10 (these still hurt my shoulders)

Had a call for a showing this morning, at least they gave me 2 hours warning but I had to rush around and snowblow the driveway and shovel the decks and clean up just a bit. All of which wore me out more than it should have. Then I don’t think they showed up! At least the realtor didn’t leave a card.

Tried curlz again and in the squat rack just so I could feel dirty. I don’t know why but they still irritate my shoulders. Also had that nerve twang in my right arm occoasionally doing MPs.

You are really getting into the high reps on all your lifts. Dare I ask? Are you…bodybuilding? Good workouts.

ha - that’s me! the bodybuilder

I think I just lowered my training max too far. But it’s all good and the strength is coming back.

Nice work on the press. It looks to me like you could get your base set and a little more stable at the start, but that was good work.

Good luck with the house. It is brutal out there. Mine is supposed to close next Friday. The best part about giving up my house and huge yard is bringing a check to closing. At least its not a huge check, but it still sucks. At least I won’t be paying interest, utilities, taxes, and assoc. fees on a vacant house anymore.

yeah Jack, I hurried the start of that set and fell back a bit.

I hear you on the the still paying part but at least I’m living in it still. Just have the hassle of keeping it show ready with a teenager living with me.

I love the videos. It makes the whole workout more vivid and shows clearly how much effort you are putting in to your training. Again, good hard work going on here.

Nice work, soldog. The strength has definitely come back.

Hope the house sells soon!

Thanks Strick

Carl - the vids keep me honest and push me to put forth that effort. so it isn’t purely vanity. This forum is a major source of motivation for me.
