I have a jumbo bottle of time-released Vit C that was in the drawer next to the dishwasher, which probably heated it up a bit. Is it still good? The bottle says “store in a cool, dry place” but what would ascorbic acid degenerate into? Brian
Light does more to denegrate vit C than anything else (as I understand it). Unless the temps get well up into the 100’s, you should be okay.
