from your experiences, does it?
If you don’t consume a lot of caffeine, Spike will seem to kick your butt at first but become more subtle over time. I only take one at a time, however.
no
Yes it does become more sublte don’t use it all the time you will build a tolerance like with anything. I try to use sparingly and only for short time, then start up again after a break.
For me, yes, but I drink a LOT of coffee and espresso on top of taking various energy supplements.
It hasn’t lost any effect on me, but then again I don’t abuse stimulants. I typically use Spike 4 to 5 days per week.
Not for me
me either but like others said I dont abuse it but use it 3-4 days a week.

It does virtually nothing for me anymore. If I use it for more than two days in a row, the second day I can take 3 and go for a nap an hour later. Even if I don’t drink any coffee on a lifting day, and take it a few hours after eating, there is very little effect. It’s caffeine, not a magic happy pill. Subtle? Or just not effective anymore?

I have to disagree I am a coffee lover have a few cups daily at least and still on my training days when I use Spike its clearly has an effect which if it was simply caffeine it would not due to my tolerance.
Magic?? No and it may lose effectiveness if used constantly as a crutch, but just caffeine. Far from it.

I get used to feeling that way and it becomes normal.
It doesn’t lose effect so much as I lose the ability to notice.

Spike’s effects are much different than just caffeine for me. Caffeine alone will get me a little hyper. Spike on the other hand energizes me and give intense clarity and focus. There’s a big difference for me.
It sounds like you need to take far more than just one day off stimulants to regain their benefit.
True, it’s certainly a personal thing. I actually stopped drinking coffee on lifting days, that was hard. And I switch my stimulant brands and try to go a few days a week without anything at all.
In all honesty, I miss the early days of using Spike. I rarely get the same effect now as I did then.
I used to take the old formula (without yohimbine) 5 days a week. After a while, the mental and physical effects waned, but the mood elevation got stronger.
