How many of you out there use Spike every workout?
I just got my first shipment and the stuff is great, but I dont know if I should use it every workout or just when I need a little bit extra because of a lack of energy etc.
Is it ok to use every workout in everyone’s opinion?
I havent used it for every workout, but for the ones I have used it for, it is awesome stuff! I am thinking about using it on all training days, and Im pretty sure that using the Spike, along with TRIBEX Gold, and Rez-V, my workouts will all be quality, and should be able to add a few striations along the way.

Ok cool,one of my biggest worries was a decrease in spikeiness. I am thinking of getting caffene free next time and then if necessary add a caffene pill so as to get the extra UMPH once in a while.

I think TC mentioned that it starts to get better as you use it more often, and doesn’t have that diminishing effect that other stimulants, like caffeine, have.
I’ve used it for a week or 2 at a time, but not much more than that, so I can’t say from a whole lot of experience.

I think in the article it mentioned that its impossible to develop a tolerance, or an addiction for that matter.
Also, Shugart said (I think) that he takes a Spike in the morning, and a Caffeine-Free Spike in the afternoon if he feels tired.
As for the original question, I used to take Spike everyday. I just felt that much better with it during the day. Now, I have half a Spike Shooter in the morning with a Caffeine-Free Spike, then the other half of the Spike Shooter about 15 min before my workout.
PS, when the Spike Shooters are back in stock, HIGHLY reccommend them for before your workouts.
I noticed a dimished effect on the last Spike fomula. I think that was mostly because of the caffeine tolerance issues. Now with the new Spike, I felt a huge, jittery surge of ephedrine like stim the first few times. Now I dont feel that. I only use it for special workout occassions. Power Drive and two green tea’s are my favorite.
I use regular Spike with grapefruit juice. I use it about four days a week. I have never had any problems. I used to use just Spike, but I feel a better kick with the grapefruit juice.
