During the work-week, I can’t work out until 8pm and usually go until 9:15-9:30pm. If I take Spike, will the effects wear off so I can fall asleep by 11:30pm? How long does the extra buzz usually last for? Thanks.
Bueller?
Which variation of Spike are you asking about?
I usually consume half a can of a Spike Shooter (4oz) around 9pm with no troubles falling asleep around midnight. Of course, most stimulants do not have dramatic affects on me. Stimulants tend to have different affects on different people.
My suggestion? Experiment a little. Try half a can or half a tab and see how you react. If you’re already hyper-sensitive to caffeine, I’d recommend starting with quarter doses.
Thanks for the reply. I was talking about the tabs and I have a pretty high caffeine tolerance. I’ll give half of one a try tonight and see how it goes. I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t like aderol or something that would keep me awake for 6-8 hours.
Yah Id try it, see how it affects you and how well you tolorate it then you have your answer…As Shugart says “Touch the Stove”
What about experimenting with a nice cup of Joe? It might be cheaper.

For me Spike and coffee give very different effects.
The effects of coffee are pretty much the same as straight caffeine, whereas Spike give a distinctly different feeling.

I drink coffee in the morning. I don’t think I could get myself to put down a cup after work. Just to close this thread, I took a Spike at 8pm, worked out until 930pm, and fell asleep a little past midnight. Good stuff.
Spike pills keep me stimulated for 8-10 hours. Taking them after 4 in the afternoon usually results in a horrible nights rest.
