If you are using blitzes, does it really matter how often you diet per year? You have basically no risk of losing muscles and if you diet every 4-6months for 2-3 weeks to lose the bodyfat you built up and directly switch to a surplus again, it should lead to the same results as dieting for longer durations every year or two years. (provided your neurotype is built for blitzes).
Is that right or is there a transition time the body needs to switch between “growth mode” and “fat loss mode” that makes the pattern mentioned above suboptimal?
