Does Clen Decrease Gym Performance?

Hi
To all clen users, do you performance in the gym decrease with clen? Anaerobic and aerobic.
I took today 40 micrograms of clen and I don’t know if I’m sure but I notice some decrease in performance, how I said I’m not sure.
Did someone of you notice same or are there actually some studies which shows this?

It could… depends on your training style and how good you feel on a certain dosage.
All in all - it fucks endurance a lot. Strenght not too much if you dont cramp up, or your BP doesnt blow your eyes out.

What is Clenbuterol used for these days of bodybuilding?

I used it the last 5 weeks before a show. It was supposed to aid in the burning of brown fat.
I always felt I could get a lot more defined with Clenbuterol. I cannot remember the dosage, but I believe I took one per day. The problem with Clenbuterol was that your body downregulated pretty quickly.

But I never used it to build muscle

I call it “30min of cardio in the form of a pill”

I’ve never noticed it have an adverse affect on my performance in the gym. Often times I would/will take it with my pre-workout.

You young guys…
If there is a pill that will help, go for it.

So the Clenbuterol gave you the fat loss, without any of the cardio benefit. Gotta love being young.

When I discovered Clenbuterol it significantly improved my stage look.
Back in the “old days” the heavyweight rarely won the overall. The winner was usually a light-heavyweight. The heavyweight just rarely got as sharp as the lighter weight classes. Clenbuterol leveled the playing field.

I mean, it’s cardiotoxic, so there’s a decent chance that it isn’t going to be great for your performance.

Its rude to talk like you know people, without showing yourself. For all we know, you are either a 20 year old troll or a 60 year old fuckup, who has never done anything.

1)I never said I took clen. I have a heart defect so i dont risk it, but i have male and female clients who do.
2)As a professional athlete in sports and military hand to hand combat, my cardio “benefits” are probably next level to where yours have ever been, so even if i took clen to lean out, you statements still remain idiotic and ignorant.
3)Clen is not for benefits of cardio, it is to help burn a bit extra calories if needed. For example, now when this covid shit is going on and all gyms are closed for a year and outside we have a shit weather, and since most of businesess are closed and dying, people work twice as much to get paid twice as little as before, so time, sport and gyms are a problem. So clen can help them get leaner, when there is no time or place to actually stick to cardio.

The dude is/was a competitive bodybuilder during the golden era. He has provided his real name on here before. He’s been on magazine covers and whatnot

Everyone can provide a name of some person who has been on magazine cover.
By the way this person said “what is it used for nowdays” and “you young guys” and “gotta love being young” i take he is the guy who sits 5 hours in a gym, telling everyone who does not care, what he used to lift 30 years ago, but there is no real proof of any of it…
Someone who is legendary, never tries to sound better because of his age, with such an accentuation of how “young” everyone is.

Im not here to debate on who is who, im just judging by the comments. For all i care, it can be Frank Zane, but it sounded like an asshole.
And all im saying is - without real contacts, everyone can just write someones name. It is the internet.

As you’re a combat instructor, what martial arts do you practice?

I’m going to be getting back into boxing within the next couple/few months; perhaps I’ll take up Krav Maga too.

I have a friend who’s using it all the time, even during his mass phase a few months ago he was popping a pill in class so that “his mass gain would stay clean and lean”

It has been shown to have a little beneficial effect on lifting performance

I am sorry that you feel I insulted you. My envy of youth showed itself in an ugly manner. I lived my youth on the edge and would try anything to improve my physique. At 48 I was diagnosed with Dermatamyositis which brought my competitive days to an abrupt end. I found that I too was mortal.

I am 12 years past a 60 year old FU. I am the total embodiment of a “has been”. Behind my keyboard I could be anyone, I suppose. I see your point.

I practice Muay Thai and MMA for sports and for fun, but my job is Krav Maga. I am instructor in my country, but we are a part of KMG(Krav Maga Global) - we teached mostly civilians but a while back we got a military contract and now i also train Air Forces.

I saw that manner and got a bit too agressive, sorry for that also.
Its just that i have had my share of people who are something on the internet and are nothing in real life, so i am a bit jumpy when someone writes stuff like that - but i know, its not the right way to react as i did.
