Your feng shui must not be centered with your qi. Take it to the dealer for an alignment.
I’ve found out during the last months that “It’s not my fault” is a shitty mantra.

Are you fucking kidding me?
The word Mantra is just a phrase that you say to yourself mentally once. when you cannot cope with your current circumstances. Has nothing to do with your Chakra, Feng Shui, nor with your Qi. In the given context the word Mantra may be subsitituted with “Motto”, “Strong words” etc.
Oh wait! Fuck! I forgot! You were trying to be funny!!!
In that case let me lol.
LOL!
“Rangers lead the way, all the way!” Is what is yelled repeatedly when physically I’m about to collapse from exhaustion.
As for motivation or just overall going through hardships and adversity, I have no special saying or experience in life that helps me through. I just fight on as hard as possible, always knowing that I will let nothing stand in my path to glory. I’m just thoroughly convinced that I won’t let anything kill me or break my spirit, so what’s the worst that could happen if I fight a little harder.

Glad you figured that one out.
Always do what needs to be done!
It’s not about hanging on. It’s about letting go!
Go down swinging.
Both of these I got from my father, and they have both served me well when times have gotten tough.
“Trust your instincts” and “The sun is going to come up tomorrow, what are you going to do?”
As far as what I use when faced with a challenge in the weightroom or on the field, “Come on fatboy!” Growing up the fat kid, it still serves me with the needed motivation against something holding me back.

“it can wait until tomorrow” is also a shitty mantra to live by.

This is a great quote, It fits nicely with weight lifting. It not only takes big heavy compound lifting to get big and strong but attention needs to be paid to the small stuff to.
Who said this?[/quote]
What I got from this quote is that success in small things paves the way for success in bigger things. For instance, the story of Joseph in the Old Testament. He pursued excellence from where he was, beginning as a slave and eventually becoming a great man in Egypt.
One of Stephen Covey’s foundational principles is “private victories precede public victories”. It’s been said many, many ways by athletes, philosophers and leaders throughout history.

It’s not so much something I say, just a continual thought process.
When faced with a challenge, I remind myself of how many people have done exactly what I am doing. If they can do it, I sure as hell can.
I picked up this one recently for those really fucked up situations where know you have to just plough through and take the pain.
