Rights are inalienable, but those rights can be taken away from you physically - but still exist.
It is like if I cut off your water to your house. The water still exists, but you don’t have access to it until you stop me and restore the flow.

I would argue that women got the better bargain with regard to natural rights. Men die to protect women. Men die younger because of what they do to provide for women. Women die of old age.

It is safe to say the second amendment is still fully supported in order to keep boots off of necks while guarding rights. Inalienable isn’t synonymous with invincible.

The problem is people thinking this is literal. Meanwhile the metaphorical boot of high gas prices, the cost of groceries and taxes that only go up isn’t easing up anytime soon. You could also add to that boot illegals flooding the country, public schools being commandeered by woke activists, China controlling our cultural products and much more. But keep waiting for that actual boot.
