I find I get a much easier time with PMS and cramps if I avoid carbs. I don’t eat grains anyway (other than special occassions) but if I stick with low carb, I feel a lot better. I noticed this after getting a complete absence of menstrual symptoms when doing the V-Diet. Now I generally do a more primal diet (meat, fat, veggies - fruit on occassion but not often) and find much the same thing. Helps with cravings too.[/quote]
i notice the same thing when i low carb it. i did the ad for half a year and have ran some cycles of the ud in the past.
the thing i always wonder is if it is just the lack of carbs… or more from the raising of fats.
i’m a big believer in high fat consumption every day in order to keep the woman parts happy. i lose less tit size when i cut with a high fat percentage too.
but yeah i think it’s a bit of both. too bad i love my carbs and can’t stand low carbing it for the long term. =+(
when the weather cools off we tend to get some exercise time in on the slackline. here are a couple pics from the last couple years. mah old lady is the bean pole. =+D
figgered with all of yesterday’s calories i’d get in a “halftime conditioning” workout during this morning’s football games.
workout:
bb walks: 95 x 3 mins, 3 mins
deadlift: 155 x 10; 185 x 10; 235 x 10
med ball squat n toss: 20 x 20, 20
db stepups to 18.5" bench: 20’s x 20, 20, 20
staircase sprint up walk down: x 10
Nice going on the slack line. I have a terrible sense of balance and have been working on it to help my bum ankle. I can just about do a tree on my wobble board, but on a rope? Hell no!
So about 10 years ago I found out my great grandfather (paternal) was a slackrope walker in Barnum and Baileys. I stopped wondering whether I was adopted, or where I got my crazy.
Your multitasking is rather impressive, however. As well as your old lady. Care to post some videos? of the slackrope walking.

the multitasker is not me… i’m only in the flat ass & tag team pics. i can only walk the line with a beer in mah hand. too scared to try it with something that breakable.
i tried uploading a video of mah old lady (kali)… but after waiting forever the fucking thing said error.
here’s one from youtube. man that was a long time ago. that empty ladder is now overgrown with a flowering vine. and we don’t have either of those vehicles anymore either. lol crazy.
anyways…here’s one of her on the slackline. quality sucks balls. no whining.
