I noticed you do something that happens to me when i pull conventional, which is why i prefer sumo…
swinging the bar around your knees. only way i can make this NOT happen when i pull conventional is to just eliminate my knees and keep my hips higher… but, you’re outlifting me by 30+lbs and double my reps…
just tell me… what the fuck is that and how do i get used to it/work around it?!

oh man ur so right about the knee thing. i was just noticing that last week. damn fucking bony knees getting in the way and i feel like i have to shift forward to get around them.
i only wiggle INTO camel toes silly.

i LOOOOOOOVE wild iron gym. i totally follow them on facebook and watch most of their q/a’s and training videos. that’s SICK u trained with them!!! damn!!!
Are you even touching your shins? They’re bare (no socks/pants/other shin covering) so I wouldn’t be surprised if you’re pulling away from your body. When the knee extends faster than the hip “hips rise” the bar travels away from the body and your body will naturally do this (extend the knee) to prevent destroying your shins and the accompanying pain. Try wearing something to protect your shins/knees and practice pulling the bar into you at a lighter weight until you overcome the natural instinct to move the bar away from yourself aka hip rise.
Not that I really want to help you pull more. You already have me by 100lbs…

so i was having this extremely detailed dream… we were at a japanese restaurant…and the menu had so many great pictures and i had already ordered this awesome meal and the waiter was JUST bringing it out to me when my fucking alarm went off!!! :curses: i was soooo pissed. haha
i’m pissed cuz i found super cheap tix to the bengals/raiders game today… and it’s a pretty chill train ride up there to the stadium… and the mom i nanny for was supposed to get called off… but last minute got called in so i don’t get to go. and the game’s not even on tv here. the one time the bengals play a “local” team and the fucking stations are only airing the 9ers and chargers games. bullshit!
