bobbi… i was 134 this morning. i’m dropping calories this week and keeping out of the booze… so i’ll probably end up somewhere near 130 in the next two weeks.

squat: 95 x 8; 115 x 5; 125 x 5; 135 x 5
rdl: 135 x 12, 12
rev lunges: 100 x 8L/8R, 8L/8R

must get back to work. busy busy busy.

your deload week is still what a lot of girls aspire too!

since i’m ignorant on the 5/3/1 stuff, (haven’t made the time to check it out…YET) i was thinkin deload might have meant rest…or take it easy, or do ‘accessory’ training… or something not akin to the workout you did… :wink:

it only took me 18 mins for that whole workout. lol

my body is still feeling worked over from that 300 x 5 dl set from this weekend.

i wouldn’t of done the light rdl’s or rev lunges if i wasn’t looking for a bit of fat loss this week. i figgered getting them in there would be a time saver.

i’ve been swamped lately, workwise.

i’m also a little down in the dumps. and it’s not even that time of month. i think when it starts getting dark before dinnertime i automatically turn into a psycho emo debbie downer.

No, I hate the dark. Also swamped and stressed.

today was bench deload. after the workout i went down to the river and did some sprints. damn i feel like shit now! i’m guessing i’ll feel like a million bucks in an hour or so.

workout:

bench press: 55 x 8; 80 x 5; 85 x 5; 90 x 5
seated behind neck press: 55 x 10, 10
wide grip pullups: bw x 3, 3
bb curls: 55 x 8, 8
sprints

lots of focus on lat engagement/bending the bar during bp.

calories have been 100% clean the last few days. around 1750 or so. zero alcohol.

today my old lady and her sister are in disneyland with the nephews. i had to stay home cuz i have too much work and didn’t want to blow the money with a vegas trip in a few weeks. blah to resposibility and limited funds!

Agreed. Responsibility + limited funds = suckage But I’m not too sorry for you, vegas-girl.
