Today i aggravated a lower back injury I got at the beginning of August last year. Doc said last time he thought it was just a bulged disc but I never got an MRI or anything and just prescribed me muscle relaxers. Anyone have any good advice to speeding up recovery and working around the injury? Ive been making great gains the past 2 months and dont wanna see my progress stall because of shitty technique on one rep.
depending on the way it is bulged, i’ve found ab wheels or back extensions to be the best rehab for bulged discs. BE CAREFUL THOUGH! One of these movements will aggravate it, while the other will help it. Tread lightly at first to figure out which ones you need!
