Digestion Issue: Probiotic/Cleanse?

Been having digestion issues lately, most likely due to alcohol consumption, lack of sleep, and some crap food. Does anyone know of and/or recommend a sort of cleanse? and what about probiotic supplementation. I understand digestion affects al facets of life, and want to get myself sort of “detoxed” so i can start fresh. any suggestions?

Well other than the obvious (eating clean) glutamine is supposed to help gut health, curcumin and fish oil for the inflammation and some enzymes wouldn’t hurt either.

And I would add a fast, I have had stomach issues, and I follow a 16/8 fast like lean gains prescribes and I feel better.

Besides the glutamine and enzymes, I’d say try to drink less - sleep more - eat better, too :slight_smile:

Use a digestive enzyme. Best thing I ever used to help get me back to normal.
