Digestive Supplements

hey guys,

i was thinking of posting this in the motility issues thread, but decided to make a new post instead of high-jacking that thread.

how about everyone posts the digestive supplements that they use in this thread. it seems like a lot of people get repeat answers for posts about digestive trouble.

for me, HCL and digestive enzymes (similase to be exact). i tried probiotics but they really didn’t do anything for me except create a traffic jam on a previously ok highway.

I use HCL + pepsin (in 1 tablet) with a big meal (ie not shakes) and probiotics when I remember.

I also have some digestive enzymes hanging around that I tried out but it didn’t seem to make any difference.

Probiotics helped bloating etcetera initially, however now that the problem is fixed I find limited use for them - keep them around in case of a relapse though.

I just started taking that 2oz. Dan Active liquid. It taste like sour milk. Maybe I should try Dex’s because mine had the opposite effect.

I do have problems sometimes, but I don’t understand why since I eat so much fresh fruit. How many servings are enough?
