Different Tricep Movements

I’d like to know what is the difference between “overhand-grip triceps extension” and “underhand-grip tricep extension”. I’ve been doing “overhand-grip” for a while and want to change things up. Does the “underhand-grip” work a different part of the tricep and what is it called?

Well changing from overhand to underhand works the muscle differently. Example would switching up hand positions to develop the horseshoe shape of the triceps.
