Different Rep Ranges

When considering different rep ranges for the same muscle group is it better to do them in the same session or on different days? Like working legs with high and low reps in the same workout or just having a high rep day and a seperate low rep day?

Depends on the objective of your program. I’m doing a program that does high reps on day, low reps another(one being a heavy day, one day being a light day, but is by no means easier).

If you’re doing a BP split, you can most likely do them on the same day.

For strength gains do you think 4-8 real heavy reps?
