Different Grips for T-Bar Rows

i noticed theres two different handle types on the T0bar at my gym, one going straight across and the other with a an A-shape. im wondering what is the difference between the two grips?

Not much really, I think doing them the “old fashioned” way is better though. If it’s a chest supported one(you didn’t specify) you likely will run out of air from crushing into the pad before your back is exhauset. The other ones are slightly better but don’t allow the close grip that the barbell version does.

Stuff a barbell into a corner, use the close parallel grip from the pulldown area and use 25 lb plates for extra range of motion, I think you will find these better.
