Dieting postworkout

I am ready to start my first diet. Since I am a newbie I’ve never really did any cardio before. My question is this: I am working (with weights) out 3 days a week, Then immediatley after I am going to do a 1/2 hour of cardio. Should I drink my postworkout drink after weights, after cardio, or after both. Thanks chris
