Meal 6# Some kind of meat with veggies and maybe a salad.
My question is, is it ok to eat like this and do the WS4SB program. Its ok if this is considered cutting. what are your thoughts
Im 5"11 and 210 Pounds[/quote]
#1 need protein BAD
#2 ok
#3 does it have carbs??
#4-6 look ok
your lacking good fats fish oil olive oil etc.
Are you losing?? Is it working?? If cutting sure use WS4SB but listen to the body and the off days may have to be lower intensity and be sure above all keep the intensity UP on the heavy days
If you are 5’11" and 210 lbs, why are you doing WSFSB? You are either fat or already muscular, def. not skinny. If you are fat, a workout like EDT for Body Composition Breakthroughs or Fat to Fire would suit you better.

The name is a misnomer. DeFranco uses the program for everyone from high school freshman to 300 pound NFL lineman. It’s a great program for anyone looking to get bigger, stronger, or even leaner if you keep volume in check.

OK, that makes sense. Sounds like time for a name change.
