OK I thought I had a good handle on this diet thing. And I guess I have up to some point in the sence that I have only been taking in healthy fats and healthy carbs. I made meal plans out that made sence to me but now I am taking in too much protein and not enough fats and carbs.
This is from my last post. This is not what I am on now, I am taking in around 2250-2330 cals daily now. I was going to move up to this but I think I need to change some things.
2500 calroies total.
298g of P * 4 cal/g = 1192 cals of P
64.6g of F * 9 cal/g = 581.4 cals of F
165g of C * 4 cal/g = 660 cals of C
1192 + 581.4 + 660 = 2433.4 cals
1192/2433.4 = 49% P
581.4/2433 = 24% F
660/2433 = 27% C
I need to change it to 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carbs.
If I take 2500 cals in than 30% protein would be 188g 30% fat would be 84g and 40% carbs would be 250g.
Even it would be from fruits and veggies 250g of carbs seem like alot for a FFB trying to alot of weight and no fat haha.
Am I on the right track by trying to do to 40/30/30 percent thing?
Should I just buy a book like the Anabolic Diet or Percision nutrition and follow it?
Please dont post “shut up and eat” I need to take this serious so I dont gain any of the 50 lbs of fat that I lost back.
