My math is horriable. How do I figure out what percentage of protein/fat/carbs I am getting if I take in 2484 calories, 298g of protein, 64.6g of fat and 165g of carbs?
This is not what I am taking in right now, soon thou.
Thanks

Here’s how to do the math…
298g of P * 4 cal/g = 1192 cals of P
64.6g of F * 9 cal/g = 581.4 cals of F
165g of C * 4 cal/g = 660 cals of C
1192 + 581.4 + 660 = 2433.4 cals
1192/2433.4 = 49% P
581.4/2433 = 24% F
660/2433 = 27% C
damn, that’s a lot of protein in comparison, lol
No wonder he’s always having issues with strength and size. His protein is probably all getting converted to glucose for energy as opposed to repairing his muscles.
wow that is high. I need a little less protein and more fat.
Now, How to I figure out what 30% protein 30% carbs 40% fat would if I take in 2500 calories.
I know carbs are good, as long as they come from fruit and vegatables but being a FFB should I take in 30% carbs?
My goal is to get back up to 180 (this time alot leaner to begin with) than cut bodyfat.
40% Protein = (2500 * .40) /4 = 250g P
30% Carbs = (2500 * .30) /4 = 187.5g C
30% Fat = (2500 * .30) /9 = 83.3g F
