Diet Help

Hey Jim/guys
Just wondering if you can cast your eyes over this & see if there’s any changes or anything you’d make. I’m 184lb 12%bf & very ecto by nature

Meal 1
3 whole eggs
2 1/2 cups Special K cereal (oats kill me & my appetite for hours after eating them)
1 large pot low fat natural yogurt
Berries

Meal 2
8oz chicken breast
Rice or pasta (100g carbs)
Peppers

Meal 3
10oz Sirloin
Potatoes (100g carbs)
Mixed veg

Meal 4
8oz - 10oz Chicken/pork/fish
Rice
Apple

That works out at roughly 300gp 450gc 90gf

Then a gallon of milk on top of that which brings the cals to 6000. A lot I know, but as I said I’m VERY ecto.

What are we supposed to be looking at/for?

Sorry, forgot to say to gain size. Food choices look ok, etc?

I just eat… Don’t think about it just devour whatever is on the menu. Train hard an you will be fine

If you are getting stronger, you are fine. Only thing that matters is results.
