I am currently 228, 6"0. I am doing the Total body training program by Chad Waterbury. I am doing a half hour cardio 2-3 days a week. I am eating 3 eggs in the morning, a protein shake 2 hours later, then a sald for lunch, shake 2 hours later, then a normal dinner.
I dont seem to be loosing any weight at all. I am stuck at 228. I have been doing this for about 3 weeks. My body fat percentage i think is 37%. Any ideas?
Not losing lees intake more expendature. simple as that. Thouhg it seems your eating like a 12y/o girl allready. Id do some reading on diets, Start with the seven habits and maybe check out t-dawg 2. be sure your getting plenty of protein and good fats, then tons of veggies and a hell load of water.
