I have a question about the super accumulation programmes nutrition portion, during the two weeks overtraining do I
- eat in a lower carb / caloric deficit?
- how many carbohydrates do I need to consume in the 5 day recovery portion ?
I am 33 years old 215lbs 6 feet 2 .
I have a fairly physical manual job (landscaping)
Any help would be very apreachiated.
