I wanted to some advice on my diet I have been following for the last 4.5 months. My lifts are going up and I have put on 20 lbs. Right now I am sitting at 243 at 6’6". Thanks in advance.
Breakfast-
7 eggs(free range from my farm)
4 ounces of sausage
1/4 cup chopped onions
3 cups of skim milk
1/2 cup of salsa on my eggs
Lunch-
2 scoops of optimum nutrition whey protein
2 cups of skim milk
1 banana
3 tbsps of PB Natural
Dinner-
1 lb(raw) of ground beef with 1/4 cup diced onions
3/4 cups rice(1/2 cup of salsa mixed in)
2.5 tbsps sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese
3 cups of skim milk
Then for a snack I might have some greek yogurt or peanuts.
Based on what I know, which isn’t much, I’d say that looks pretty good overall.
From a vitamin/mineral standpoint, the good eggs and good beef are a great choice.
Personally, I would add in some fresh green/red peppers, broccoli, and dark green leafy vegetables. Just to cover your bases a little better in terms of vitamin/mineral intake.

Thanks for the response. I was thinking that veggies might be something I am missing and will try to add them in more.
