True. I just didn’t want to get his hopes up for 2-3 a week and if it didn’t happen get discouraged. I would agree, though, if he does it all right, he could lose that much a week for a while. Good point.

LOL. I won’t get discouraged. I lost 30 last year, put 10 back on. Last 10 this fall, gained 10 over the holidays. Lost 5 the last couple of weeks. It actually doesn’t bother me (as long as I’m lifting) to gain weight for a week. With the added cardio (props to GetSwole), I could see losing 1-2 lbs a week.
