Diet Choices

I’ve been reading and contemplating a diet choice and I’ve narrowed it down to two:

Anabolic Diet

and

The Quality Mass Diet

both posted here on T-Nation.

My primary goal is to add lean body mass. I am about 165 14-15% and would like to get up to 185~ 10% (End goal, far off)

What do you think would be the ideal method to achieving my goal?

I’ve been on a low carb diet once, and I seemed to do well. I did not have strength problems, in fact I was the strongest I’ve ever been. Which leads me toward Anabolic. Any thoughts?
